We’re able to deliver on this because of our meticulous screening process. We don’t throw a stack of resumes at a position and hope one of them sticks. First we really get to know the intricacies of the job and the company itself. We then go about finding the ideal candidates – those who will instantly provide value and will flourish in that company’s environment. Once one of our candidates is placed, we’re not finished. We remain engaged throughout the entire lifecycle of the placement – making sure that both our candidate and our client are getting everything they expect.
